4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Bad labs

I have an 18 month old female child. Recently had labs that came back with many very off. Alk phosphate was very high as well as lymphocytes. What may cause this?

The lymphocytes are white blood cells that can be elevated due to acute or chronic infection or problems with your bone marrow...this needs to be rechecked...whenever a lab is off it should be repeated as the first thing you do...The Alk phos can be off for many reasons and is usually less important than the lymphocyte abnormality. Work with your doctor to find the answers but rely more on diet and exercise than any pill in the meantime..Good Luck
Elevated Lymphocytes could be as a result of some many disease/condition, such as leukemia, bacterial infection, and viral infection. Some medications can also cause the elevated lymphocytes.Elevated Alk Phosphate can also be as a result of disease conditions as well. It is very important to seek eval with a Provider for further evaluations.

My dear, you have quite a few serious health issues. The drug that you are on can cause abnormal liver function. This drug does not cure you; it just masks the symptoms. It would be likely in your long term benefit to improve the symptoms so you don't need this drug that harms the liver. Acupuncture and Naturopathic medicine www.naturopathic.org) can help do just that. In the meantime, I recommend doing a castor oil pack. This can help the liver function more normally. Lay off the sugar and soda, as this harms the liver, as does alcohol and caffeine. The spleen issue likely accounts for the lymphocyte issue. You really need some help to improve your health.
Without actual numbers it is impossible to say whether this is your kidney problem, infection or some other cause. You should see your gynecologist.
