Hi, I am 17 years old, I am on the pill and have been on the same one for three or so months and my boyfriend and I use condoms, but I missed my period last month, and on my last pill of the period week but I still have not gotten my period, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I'm still worried, should I be concerned? I have cramps like I'm going to get it.

I would not be worried. Missing a period on the pill is very common, in fact it is desirable. i am glad you are also using condoms, because this will help protect against sexually transmitted infections. If you have not already received the Gardisil vaccine I would recommend you get it. Good luck.
This is not unusual on the birth control pill , especially the very low dose pills that are generalkly prescribed nowadays. I usually suggest doing a home pregnancy test just for reassurance. If you are not missing pills , the effectiveness of the pill is close to 99%. Not getting your period is not really a bad thing but if it is upsetting to you, you may want to ask your prescriber to change the dose of your pill.
