It depends on the average length of your menstrual cycle. Commonly, normal cycles range anywhere from 21 to 35 days in adults and from 21 to 45 days in teens. In a regular menstrual cycle of 28 days (an ideal example), the last conception day would be the 17th, and in a 21-day cycle the last fertility day would be the 14th. Given your age (18) you must consider two things to understanding your fertility days: (1) whether or not you are having regular cycles, and (2) the average length of your cycles. An unprotected sex 5 days before the expected period is unlikely to end up with a concept, and your period could be late because of a urogenital infection.
