It depends on how much bone loss there is, if the tooth is hopeless it will come out anyway, but a deep cleaning will help you maintain your teeth longer and healthier

If you have a large deposits of tartar (Calculus) holding your teeth together, removal of that by deep cleaning will loosen the teeth. However, leaving the tartar in place and not removing it will result in continued loss of more bone and teeth support, which will end up in teeth loss anyway. Regular maintenance through cleanings is the only way to preserve and maintain healthy bone support for longer lasting teeth!

Hopefully that will not be the case, but o have no way of knowing how loose the teeth are. Deep cleanings (Root planing and scaling). Are indicated to improve the health of your gums and thus tighten up your teeth. At your age, unless you are a heavy smoker, I do not think that your teeth are loose enough to be fall out during deep cleaning but you should ask that same question if your dentist who recommended the treatment.

With your compromised immune system you should be seen by your dentist/hygienist every three months or more frequently depending on the amount of bone loss. Deep cleaning will help eradicate the harmful bacteria and plaque/calculus deposits that are difficult to remove on your own. This may very well help to reduce the looseness of your teeth. Your dentist should also evaluate your bite and check for imbalances which may be causing looseness. A bite guard may also be beneficial.

A deep cleaning (Scaling and Root Planing) procedure is to help improve one's periodontal health and overall oral health. If you're teeth are loose, its because you have advanced periodontal (gum) disease and those teeth are no longer saveable and will come out on its own and not because of the deep cleaning.
Scaling and root planning (deep cleaning) will only help you keep those loose teeth longer. Calculus build up left on the tooth/ teeth will accelerate the loss of bone. By removing the sub-gingival bacteria and creating a healthy oral environment around the tooth, long term prognosis of keeping the tooth/teeth increases.
It is very difficult to lose a tooth during a Peridontal Cleaning. The benefits of ridding yourself of harmful bacteria in your mouth may help you maintain your teeth longer.
It depends how loose your teeth are. It's best if you get evaluated by a dental professional
Usually this is a long standing periodontal problem.Perhaps your teeth are loose because much bone and attachment is no longer there. Perhaps that is why a deep cleaning was advised, to help keep whatever remains. If a tooth comes out during a cleaning it was probably ready to fall out on its own.

It really depends on how much bone you have lost, the cleaning is to improve the overall health of you gums teeth and bone, if you have lost enough bone to have the tooth be loose, there may be nothing that can be done to save it anyways
