I have a small blister on the inside of my lower mouth. There is a little black spot in the middle. I tried biting into it with my teeth a few days ago and it went away. I woke up this morning and it was back in the same place. Should I be worried about this?
I have been strugging with bronchitis and sinus infections the past couple of months as well as a vitamin d deficiency and I wonder if that might have anything to do with it or if I need to go see my dentist.

If you have not done so, go see your dentist. It is better to be safer than sorry. It is likely nothing, but then again, why take that chance.
Its always safe to visit your dentist. It's hard to give you an advice without even seeing you . Thanks
Absolutely, better safe than sorry. You should make an appointment with your dentist to have it evaluated.
Spiel, I know you've already heard it, but see your dentist for an evaluation. Anything that reoccurs should be checked out. I would be glad to see you to make sure it is not a problem. Don't ignore your health.
In my opinion biting on it is not the best managment for any type of lesions. I am sure if it will not be gone permanently if you keep biting on it, you may cause more damage to the the underlying small blood vessels and other ducts in the thickness of the tissue. Please check with your Dentist ASAP.
