Fibroids
get an ultrasound done....and stop worrying about this...its very common and harmless
An 8 mm fibroid is clinically insignificant. Growth from 5 to 8 mm is actually minimal and may even be just measurement error meaning no change. It is highly unlikely that this is the cause of your pain.
Talk with your gynecologist about other possible causes of pain and explore various treatment options.

While I can understand that you may be concerned about fibroids, the tiny size of the ones you describes are really not clinically significant. It is doubtful it is the cause of your pain. Work with your doctor to search further for the cause and solutions.
I am not sure what your question is, but I doubt an 8 mm fibroid would be the source of your pain. The difference between 0.5 cm and 8 mm is so small I would say your fibroid is very stable. It is important though to find out what is causing your pain. It may be from a non-gynecologic source. I would see an internist and get evaluated. Good luck
