4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

For temporary relief of pain you can take Tylenol. See your dentist to find out what is the cause of your pain.
Call your Dentist asap and take some Tylenol.
Brian L. Kirkwood, DDS
Tooth disease is not treated with pain medication, tooth pain is first a cavity close to a nerve and then an infection that got inside your skin crossing through a portal (the infected tooth). This is the best way to put yourself in the hospital with a life threatening infection of your head and neck. Your teeth are only a few inches from your brain, if you get a brain abscess, you can die even in the hospital.
You should find out what is the cause of your pain first, second for immdiate pain relief you may take tylenol.

Call your dentist and find out if your pain is tooth related and have it treated as recommended.
Because you are taking a blood thinner- warfarin, it is not a good idea to take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen or naproxen. For temporary relief of pain you can take Tylenol. Please see your dentist for evaluation as soon as possible because pain can be coming from major dental problem including tooth infection or gross decay. The cause of the pain needs to be addressed before continuing for long term pain medicine yourself. Your dentist will work with your physician to decide your medication and possible need of treatment based on INR values. Sometimes your INR number needs to be ideal for particular treatment plan. So the providers team will work to help you out. If there is tooth infection it can possibly make your heart condition worse.
Before taking a pain med it would be prudent to consult with your dentist to determine what is the cause of the " upper teeth pain".
Sorry you are having teeth pain. Usually, when one is taking a blood thinner, it is not a good idea to take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or aspirin. The best for pain in that case is acetaminophen or Tylenol. If something stronger is needed, please see your dentist for evaluation. The cause of the pain may need to be addressed.

Because Warfarin is an anticoagulant, you must be very careful about what pain medications you take. Certain over-the-counter medications, combined with Warfarin, can cause easy bleeding. You should discuss your options with your dentist or your physician as soon as possible. Also, if you seek dental treatment (highly recommended), be sure to tell your dentist what medications and their strength that you are currently taking. Warfarin alone can cause easy bleeding.
You need to work with your dentist what to take. Some of the patients with warfarin have some of the side effects with pain meds. So ask your dentist what to take and make up a follow up visit with your dentist for the treatment.
You can take Hydrocodone 5mg with 300 mg Acetaminophen on a temporary basis. My advice is to get in to see your dentist for treatment so your pain will go away
