I'm a 29 y/o G1 at 26 weeks. Failed my 1 hr GTT 149. Passed 3hr- 77, 160, 145, 125. However walked around a bunch, did some squats/ knee bends, sipped water probably 4-5 sips during the 3hr test because I thought keeping active would be good and tech said small sips were ok. However then read online that activity and water can cause false negatives. Should I repeat the test. I'm afraid I actually have GDM and want to make sure my test was accurate.
