Welcome to Costa Mesa's own South West Health Professional Center. Our center is staffed by chiropractors, physical therapists, an acupuncturist, massage therapists, a clinical nutritionist, a hypnotherapist and a team of personal trainers. We are a multi-disciplinary wellness center offering chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, clinical nutrition, professional therapeutic massage therapy, spinal decompression to treat disc problems, sports specific training and personal training. We take an integrated approach to health care and strive to get to the root cause of the problem.

"Dr Z goes over and beyond what any doctor I have ever met would would do. We have been his patients for nearly ten years now. Yeah yeah everyone writes their cliched opinion about what their best is, but if you are any type of athlete, and need chiropractic ( or sports medicine ) services of any kind, you owe it to your body to visit Dr. Z and the gang at South West Health Chiropractic. The don't just know whats the problem and attempt to fix it .. they know WHY the problem exists and fix it. Big difference. They know athletes and their bodies because they are athletes as well.
