"Excellent experience! The entire staff and Dr. Swaney (haven't met the other dentists yet) have been the epitome of wonderful service. Communication between all parties is fantastic, all questions answered, some even before I asked. Everyone was polite and respectful and at no time was I made to feel like I was "less than deserving" of the wonderful care that was given to me. I am quite thankful that my sister referred me to your office and will most happily recommend you to any of my friends and family. Thank you!"

"I LOVE Dr. Walker Swaney and his staff! My mom started taking me to him when I was a little girl. I didn't go as much while in college, and then I moved. When I moved back home and returned as an adult Dr. Swaney and his staff welcomed me with open arms! A few months ago I learned that I had a few cavities. These were my first and I was so scared (& ashamed), but Dr. Swaney and his assistant comforted me and showed me that they cared. Because my mom worked hard to keep my teeth in good health and I want to continue, I decided to go ahead and get my cavities fixed. I wanted the best option. Being that I pay out of pocket for my services, Dr. Swaney and his staff explained my options and worked with me to ensure I was able to get my dental work and pay what was needed. Yes, they are a business and Yes, they need money to keep providing services, but it is clear to me that money is NOT their main concern!! That in itself makes you willing to pay what's asked of you! Aside from this, they treat you like a first-class "patient". I looked cold, so they gave me a blanket. The assistants are on top of their job - rinsing and wiping and making sure you're Okay. And, let's not forget Dr. Swaney who is full of compliments that make you feel special and show those pretty teeth! :-) The night after my first appt. Dr. Swaney CALLED me to check on me and make sure I was Okay. I don't know about you, but I've never had a dentist, doctor, etc. do that for me! It's obvious that he cares! I'm telling you, he's #1 in my book! I consider myself a giving person, but Dr. Swaney's kindness and genuineness makes me want to do more for others! Help others like he's helped me. Makes me think of the movie Pay it Forward. I don't know who all has helped him in his lifetime, but he's surely paying it forward! I hope he knows I will be doing the same!! "I have been very impressed with the time that Dr. Swaney took to talk with myself and my father-in-law. I really appreciate that he and his staff stopped to explain what they saw and how to take care of our concerns. PLUS Dr. Swaney took time to reminiscence with my father-in-law about Christine, Papa's dead wife of 64 years, and listen to WWII stories with Papa. That makes the experience very comfortable and helps ease dental anxieties and gives Papa and I a sense of belonging to their Dental Family.
