Definitely recommend a urine pregnancy test. Recommend you spend at least 5 min. every morning sitting in a comfortable chair, eyes closed, and practice breathing from your belly. You should see your abdomen get bigger as you inhale and flatten as you exhale. This kind of breathing, from your diaphragm, triggers your parasympathetic nervous system and calms you. When you feel yourself getting stressed during the day, remember to practice your belly breathing. Include a good source of protein at each meal to keep your blood sugar stable--it will help you handle stress better. Take a multivitamin and fish oil daily. When things get rough, tell yourself, "things are always working out for me!"
