"It has been one year so I thought I would tell everyone how much I love my neck lift results. Dr Windle uses rapid recovery and I’d say I had no pain during surgery and only a little after. The pain was much less than I ever expected. My full recovery time was about 1 1/2 to 2 months total for all of the swelling and numbness to go away completely and it has now been a year and my scar has faded entirely. Right after surgery was up and outside. I had heard it was going to be much worse and I took more time from work than I needed. "I had liposuction on my jaw line and checks in July of 2014. I have to say with all honesty that my experience with both Dr. Windle, and his entire staff, was simply fantastic. I have had other cosmetic procedures in the past and made the mistake of going for the lowest price and not the best qualified. This is my body and face and the results last a lifetime. Stick with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon like Dr. Windle. As a side note, be clear on the type of certification your prospective doctor has.., all doctors are “certified” in some manner or another. Look specifically for Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
OK, so on to Dr. Windle. Great. An artist. Truly. He listens carefully to what is bothering you and the procedure you are looking to have done. Sometimes, as in my case, they were not an exact match. What I thought I needed, a half-facelift, was not what I really needed to solve the problem I actually wanted fixed. And it turns out, the procedure that Dr. Windle recommended was much, much cheaper than what I walked in asking for. He knows what is going on anatomicly with the face as we age, he understand the impact different procedures can have and he is careful to match the procedure to the desired outcome.
He was frank, funny, intelligent and engaging. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and reassuring. There was absolutely no hard sell or push to upsell of any kind. The experience of the procedure was extremely pleasant (as pleasant as these things can be) with the procedure done in their office and with my selection of music playing.
I am overjoyed with the results and cannot recommend Dr. Windle highly enough. "

Collapse of the nostril with deep inspiration bad enough to obstruct the air flow is generally a problem of weaker cartilage or not enough cartilage in that side to support the nostril soft tissue. You should return to your surgeon for an evaluation.
