What is on my tongue?

I have enlarged papillae on the back of my tongue and sometimes teeth marks on the sides. I also have these on the tip of my tongue. I was wondering what these were and how do I get rid of them asap?

There are 2 problems: vitamin B deficiency that cause the papillae to enlarge.
The teeth marks on the sides of your tongue are cause by tooth grinding and/or clenching. If you grind or clench your teeth at sleep, we suggest that you wear a night guard as you sleep.
