Is a deep plane facelift safe?

Are there many and/or often complications?

Thank you for the question. At our center we believe a deep plane facelift is not necessary for the majority of patients. Plastic Surgeons with experience with Deep plane facelifts can make it a safe procedure with low risks. If you do your homework, most plastic surgeons will tell you that it is not necessary.
