Warts under tongue appeared HOURS after giving oral to a woman. Please Diagnose.

I performed oral on a woman. Within hours I began developing somewhat painful warts underneath my tongue. Grew larger in a couple more hours. I gargled with apple cider vinegar with salt for a couple days, and that appears to have shrunk the warts a bit. What could this be? Please advise which type of doctor diagnoses this. I've been given about 6 different answers from other doctors: Dentist, Oral Surgeon, Dermatologist, ENT, ENT subset laryngologist, infectious disease specialist

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have contracted a STD, orally. It is difficult to distinguish whether the lesions under the tongue are fluid filled or fleshy. But nonetheless, a culture of any discharge and biopsy of the lesions needs to be performed to obtain an exact diagnosis. So, you should go see your GP | PCP. In the meantime, avoid oral contact with any one and keep your hands out of your mouth. And for your future health, use oral protection (such as a dental dam) when having oral sex.
