Ingrown toenail that may have become something worse

I've had an ingrown nail and I lifted it and cut out a bit of the ingrown part. I've been doing epsome salt soaks and putting peroxide on after then washing that off and putting on neosporen. The area where the nail is gone now has this bubble from the side of the skin that is filled with blood. Today I did something dumb and stuck it with a skewer it began to pour blood and I stuck my foot in the hot water let it bleed then put in cold water stop bleeding and I bandaged it swollen/ hurts now.

You have an infected ingrown toenail. The tissue you stuck with a skewer is called granulation tissue. It develops when an ingrown nail becomes infected as the body is trying to wall off the offending foreign object (is this case the ingrown nail) and control the infection. Granulation tissue is very vascular so it bleeds easily. Go see a podiatrist and have an incision and drainage procedure done. The infection will clear up quickly and you can get back to life as usual.
