I have a foul smell in my nose it smells like dead bodies recently I started getting very little nose bleeding after I take burgers from my nose I also have sticky saliva and it feels like snot is at the back of my throat now I'm getti h a horrible smell in my mouth I'm embarrassed to speak to people because my breath smells really bad what do you think this is
