"Dr. Hills and her staff are wonderful and we highly recommend them to anyone in the local area, especially military families. We are a military family, which causes us to move and change dentists quite frequently. In fact, Dr. Hills is my 5th dentist in the last 7 years. Her staff pulled all of my records from my old dentists prior to my first visit and had everything ready to go when I arrived in her office for the first time. She was able to take pictures of my teeth and show me images of trouble-spots, which had a much better impact on me than telling me to “brush a little better” next time as so many dentists have told me in the past. Additionally, all of my previous dentists have used excessive amounts of ‘numbing agents’ (lidocaine, novocaine, etc) which has caused me pain for several days after my dental work was complete. Dr. Hills is so knowledgeable and experienced that she used less anesthesia than any past dentist and I still had absolutely no pain. Recovery was a breeze! I am amazed at her talent and trust her completely with my family’s dental care. I wish I could take her with me every time we move! Fort Leavenworth residents must consider using Hills Family Dental. She accepts the military insurance (United Concordia/MetLife) and all of her ‘inprocessing’ is electronic, so you can get established before you actually arrive in the local area. Dr. Hills and her staff are absolutely the best we have ever experienced!!"

"Our professional dental experience was very good. The only negative was the lack of prior info on the costs that would be incurred. I believe a client should be advised prior to the work the costs. Our prior dentist did not charge for the comprehensive oral evaluation of $101 for each of us. That cost seems excessive to us and I would have waived this service if the cost had been known in advance. We accept that some lesser amount could be justified for a new client assuming agreement in advance."

"For the past decade, it seems as though most docs overbook to ensure there are no gaps in their patient office visits in case someone doesn't show up. This is not the case with your operation and I certainly appreciate that! I hope people who read your proceedure document understands the importance of letting them know 48 hours in advance if an appointment needs to be cancelled so they can have time to schedule someone else so you don't have to go to the double booking like most. The other thing that Teresa does, is she asks you about improvements she can provide to you and your smile. Some may not like being asked about improvements to their teeth, but I look at it as a confident business woman who is selling her services."
