From Boise: Take the I-84 Meridian Exit. Travel North to Cherry Lane. Turn left onto Cherry Lane and go 0.4 miles. Our practice is on the left on the corner of Cherry Lane and Crestmont Drive.
From Nampa: Take the I-84 10 Mile Exit. Travel north to Cherry Lane. Turn right onto Cherry Lane and go 1.6 miles. Our practice is on the right on the corner of Cherry Lane and Crestmont Drive. -
