"Due to some bad experiences in the past, I hate dentists! But ever since I found Tampa Smiles, I've been very comfortable. They are a great team who really looks after you and your comfort. They're out-of-network for me, so I have to pay a little more, but honestly, they're worth every penny. They take the time to explain everything, and they have great technology - like the camera that takes pictures of individual teeth, so you can see exactly what they're seeing. I've been using them for 4 years now, and doing a restoration one step at a time. Every time I come in, they seem to know everything about me and my teeth. That makes me feel confident about my treatment."

This other office wouldn't even let me, the mom, go back with my child. I had to have choice words with them before they granted me permission. Something wrong with that! "This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. One week ago I hurt my jaw, and the pain was so bad that I actually went to 5 different dentists within a week to find out what was going on. Two of the dentists couldn't care less what was wrong and just tried to sell me as many services as they could. Two of them were honest and sincere, but didn't do anything to help. Dr. Redd not only took the time to accurately diagnose what was going on, but he also did everything that could be done to help. I am in full-time ministry and don't have insurance and couldn't pay out of pocket for all the work that needed to be done. Dr. Redd worked on the area that was contributing to the pain and didn't charge me. It is rare in these days to find a professional who isn't motivated by money alone, but actually cares about helping people with the gifts God has given them. There is no question that if anyone in my family ever needs a dentist, Dr. Redd will be my first choice. "

Everyone was attentive to my needs for comfort, information and entertainment (I loved having the tv, headphones and remote!) Besides being friendly, thorough and informative, it was fantastic to have the finished crown done after one visit. There is no temporary to tolerate for 2 weeks and a second appointment to schedule. One appointment and I'm back to normal. To top it all off, Dr. Redd personally called me that evening to make sure everything was great. Thanks! At the same time, Dottie brings me up to date on recent developments and provides interview tips. 4. Tuesday, I come in for my cleaning and Tamara -- the absolute best hygienist in the world -- cleans my teeth so that they are sparkling with absolutely NO PAIN. She is the only one in my 52 years who had not caused me to clench my fists during a cleaning. Not only that, but she patiently listens to my incomprehensible chatter and responds. You guys are incredible. "

"My most recent visit 10/1/12 was excellent. The cleanliness,the genuine caring of the office staff,as well
as Dr.Redd's incredible insight on my problem area of pain, were excentual.As it turned out (as Dr.Redd's prior warning 6 months earlier) I may have the beginning of an abscess. Over the weekend my jaw was so inflammed,and so painful, I could actually feel my heart beat. The office staff, immediatley gave me antibiotics, and made an emergency appt. with an Endodontist. The team work in this office is also exceptual. Each person has a given task that they are very proficient at, your actual time spent in the office is minimal. Obviously, I can not say enough about Dr.Redd's office. They did some cleaning/polishing and provided x-rays for a lower overall price than the simpler procedure you provided. Also, the actual dentist came to evaluate her, unlike my visit to your office.
