This could be chronic Lyme and/or a Lyme co-infection if other conditions have been ruled out. Sometimes mold toxicity can also give similar symptoms, but the night sweats. I would also suspect Babesia, as one of the characteristics of babesia is night sweats. That your blood work is'normal' is not a surprise, and it is not uncommon for labs to be 'normal' even when there is something real going on. Part of the problem is that up to 30% of those with chronic Lyme will NOT show up on testing. Reflux can also be due to food sensitivities. Gluten and dairy are common, but different people can react to different things.
