If I understand your question, most of the symptoms associated with your concussion got better after about 6 weeks, but you have had headaches ever since. Since you have had constant headaches for 3 years now, they are not likely to get better without specific treatment. I would recommend you consult a headache specialist for evaluation and treatment recommendations.
