In the unlikely event this has an organic basis you should first see your family physician particularly if you have not had a physical examination recently. Then a referral to a psychiatrist (preferable) or psychologist can be made. There are a variety of psychotherapeutic treatments available. There are even pharmacological agents that can be employed in extreme or treatment resistant patients. Good luck
