The other day someone asked me what was unique about my practice and I said that we are modern and high tech, i.e. same-day-crowns (Cerec), digital radiography, etc. but that only puts us in the select minority of the few dental offices which offer these services. What really makes us unique is that our patients get personalized care from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist and back again. We constantly hear from patients that our all of our staff members go out of their way to make them comfortable by offering them a beverage while they wait, fresh flowers to smell, give them a tour of the office if they are new, cloth towels rather than paper ones in the restroom. We are constantly trying to find and add other ways to make dental visits as pleasant as possible and we do realize that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
