I believe hypnotherapy would help you a great deal. Anxiety is generally triggered by a "threatening" event and can be controlled without drugs if you use a process such as hypnotherapy. If you are disciplined enough, there is another process call Emotional Freedom Technique which you can learn to do yourself. It is very effective.
