Glad you found at least a right place to get answers. Please be assured that "oil pulling " or methods like that have no scientific relevance, in other words, there is no benefit ever found in these "home remedies".
There are, however, multiple ways of getting necessary dental work done for very low or no cost.
I would recommend contacting local component of American Dental Association. They have list of facilities that offer these kinds of services. And with referral from American Dental Association's local chapter you will at least be assured you are going to a proper facility and practitioner.
As far as toothpastes and mouthwashes - look for ADA seal.
But understand, that is no substitute for having a dental exam and recommended treatment. Or recommended no treatment.
