Welcome to SDG Primary and Immediate Care. We specialize in Family Primary Care: to include management of chronic and acute care. You may schedule your own appointments or we take daily WALK IN pt's. We are open 8-5 through the week. Our goal is to be your MEDICAL HOME. We are skilled at office procedures: laceration repair, wound repair, ingrown nails, joint injections; specializing in Diabetes management, treatment of High Blood Pressure, Asthma, Well exams, and DOT exams. We see infants, children, teens, adults and seniors. Please give us an opportunity to serve you.

Disclaimer: WE ARE NOT A PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINIC

Would need more information to make a determination, however pain is a signal something could be more wrong. I agree with looking at the link sent to compare your symptoms for xray. I would probably put you on non weight bearing for a couple of days with ice, a wrap an elevation....and after 3 days if it still hurts to stand or bear weight, then xray is warranted, but even more sore more bracing may be utilized.
