Q & A with Dr. Scott Thomas
Q: What got you into this specific medical field?
A: I have always like science, especially biology and physiology. I always wanted to be a health provider of some kind. I was exposed to dentistry through friends and a Pre-Dental club in college and it just felt right.
Q: What landed you in your city, and what is it that you like about the neighborhood?
A: I started practicing with my partner, Dr. Methven, who built the practice. We started from scratch and have really enjoyed the beauty of the area and the genuine people that make up the community.

Q: Do you accept any government programs or discount cards?
A: None at this time.
Q: What are the most challenging parts of your everyday practice?
A: Helping people to feel more relaxed and less anxious about having dental work done. This also becomes very rewarding to convert anxious patients into ones who actually enjoy coming to the dental office.
Q: What are the best moments that make it worthwhile?
A: It makes me feel great when a patient smiles and says, "Thanks for the great work!" That is the highlight of my day.
