Im sure you've heard a few opinions by now. The way I am doing it for myself currently is I took impressions then mounted them on an articulator which simulates jaw movement. The I start adding wax to the stone models until they are the shape that I want them. This is what I will make my temporaries go quicker if I do crowns or veneers OR if you choose to just do an additive procedure, "bonding" you can make a template from the wax-up and use the template to do the bonding. The wax-up is for you to visualize.
