This sounds serious enough to go see a doctor for it. If you have insurance, find a primary care physician (PCP) in your plan and make an appointment ASAP. a bump that lasts for a year and is a centimeter large may be something as benign as a fat lump or something as serious as a tumor. The fact that you are having headaches and feeling fuzzy may or may not be related to the bump, but you MUST make sure. If you don't have insurance, there are lots of ways to get insurance. Google Obama Care and go from there. Your other option is to go to the ER or Urgent Care but they are expensive and most likely will tell you to follow up with a doctor anyway.
