For several years I've been having these random pains in my sides. They hit randomly and are very sharp. They only last for maybe 5 minutes or so, but they knock the wind out of me. When the pain hits, it's either on my left side or right side. On the left side the pain is in one area, and on the right side the pain is in a different area. Any advice?

It could be a kidney issue. Get checked out by a good Primary Physician
