Only once was my daughter uncomfortable "something" didn't feel right in her mouth and when she said something I think one of the assistants was slightly frustrated. Both of the orthodontic treatments carried out ended as anticipated or slightly early. Everything was explained better than anticipated; the pre- & post treatment computer aided digitization was helpful.
