Board certified, Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon with sub-speciality in Hand and Upper Extremity surgery.

Persistent symptomatology this late after the injury is not normal at all. I would recommend that you go go back to the original orthopedic surgeon that saw you or a upper extremity Specialists. While it is quite plausible that you do have recalcitrant synovitis in the radiocapitellar joint ,odds are also equally as good that you may have had an injury to the extensor tendon origination at the lateral epicondyle or possibly even the radial collateral ligament. This is something that would need to be evaluated and addressed by a surgeon in your area.
