"I was having back pain at work. I'm a financial advisor and sit at my desk all day working with clients and on computer. I had several low back pain that would not go away. On my lunch break I called Ellsworth Chiropractic and They got me in immediately and I received treatment on was back at my office before my lunch break was over. My back the rest of the day felt good. I got three more treatments and am feeling great now and will return there if my back starts hurting again at least I know I can get in there on my lunch break saving me from having to take off sick time to get into a doctor office. I highly recommend this office. Very affordable and convenient!"
"I was in so much pain in my lower back that my husband had to help me into the dr office because I could hardly walk. Dr Ellsworth after the first treatment got rid of 50% of the pain and I was able to sleep that night for the first time in months pain free ! In three visits I was totally pain free. I highly recommend this office for chiropractic care."
Having scoliosis in your upper back can lead to pain and muscle spasms due to the spine being out of alignment by default of the scoliosis as well as the muscles being out of balance on the right and left sides of the spine. Getting into a good custom exercise and strengthening program with a physical therapist or chiropractic office is optimal. It will help strengthen the weak muscles and train the over active muscles to be in balance. Having scoliosis in the upper back tends to cause the ribs in that area to get mis aligned also creating additional pain. Chiropractic adjustments will help as well as keep muscle spasms under control. Anytime one part of the spine is misaligned it will put stress on the other parts of the spine. So you are correct about added stress on your neck and shoulders. Those areas are trying to keep your head in balance in a straight line and has to work harder with the curve in your upper back.
