"I love Sango Family Dentistry and I never have any complaints, but my daughter's appointment was for 7:50 a.m. and when I made the appointment, I mentioned she had school that morning, so the receptionist said, "Come a little early and we'll get you in early to start." We showed up at 7:40 and there was nobody at the front desk until about 8. We finally got in about 8:10 and once we were in, it was quick, with no issues of being late, but I was a bit annoyed by the initial wait, especially since we made a point to arrive earlier as recommended. I do want to note also that Margaret (who cleaned my young daughter's teeth) was so pleasant and wonderful, as the staff always is! So for that, I'm grateful. My daughter talked about it and her the whole car ride to school - the staff really does cater to young children well, so THANK YOU! Because of her experiences thus far at this location, my 5 1/2 year old LOVES going to the dentist and that's a win, for sure! :) "

While I was in for another proceedure a call came to the front desk for a cleaning apt. and they gave the caller a canceled apt for this very morning on the day I was sitting there for anonther proceedure."
