Urinary Tract infection

I take medications on a daily basis such as Buspar, Lamictal, citalophram, trazadone, and occasionally xanax. But this past week I have had a cold and I have taken mucinex and Sudafed periodically through the week. On top of that I had a root canal done on Wednesday and took some of the Norco for pain or extra strength Tylenol the day of and after and they prescribed me an antibiotic I have been taking 2 times a day. I woke up this morning feeling extreme discomfort down there... UTI?
