I think the inversion table is great, though I have two concerns. 1) I believe its best to hang from the waist vs the ankles & 2) A Subluxation is a Subluxation and traction on a particular region of the spine will not remove a subluxation though the may be of some relief to symptoms. Lack of symptoms do not equal subluxation free.
