"As usual, my experience coming to this dental office was very nice. I always receive the best service. I was greeted warmly by Tina, the receptionist. I was a little late but Donna was also running a little late, so it worked out fine. Donna takes her time to give me a gentle but thorough cleaning. I then had an oral exam for cancer by Dr Holloway. The overall experience was very pleasant and I would certainly refer my dentist to anyone."

"I have been seeing Dr. McKinley since 1975 and never had a problem. He and the staff have taken great care of all my teeth and this visit today, 10-25-12, was especially a good one because my gums have shown an improvement. I know I have to do my part to keep my teeth in good condition but if I follow the Doctor's instructions my teeth will last longer than I will. Love to all."

"I always have a pleasant experience at MY dentist office. The staff are always friendly (can I use the word pleasant again?). I used to dread going to the dentist and this was evidenced by the condition of my teeth when I arrived for my initial appointment. But since finding my new dentist, I faithfully keep every appointment and the condition of my teeth have IMPROVED greatly. I am so happy that I made that call. Even though there appears to be a dental office on every other block in the Shelby / Washington Township areas, I am sticking to my dentist (dare I say it - it sounds so corny) like plaque to a tooth that hasn't met Donna!

There was enough time for a thorough cleaning and exam, a review of my x-rays, and a discussion of my dental health and goals overall. On top of that, there was even time for some laughs, which I always look forward to :) Thank you for another great experience."

I've not been able to find a dentist as professional and experienced as Dr. McKinley. He uses state of the art technology which rates highly with me. The office is clean and has a very comfortable atmosphere. My dental hygienist, Donna, is the best. She does outstanding work and I never feel any pain. The staff is always friendly, caring, helpful and professional. I love the receptionist, Tina. She is so genuine, friendly and efficient. It is so nice to see the addition of Dr. McKinley's daughter, Brittany. Like her dad, she takes her work seriously. She does so with the utmost warmth and skill. "This was my first time in Dr. McKinley and Dr. Holloways office. It was fantastick from the moment I stepped in the door. Wonderful atmosphere. Very clean facility. All of the staff were so polite and comforting. Easy to talk to. Dr. Holloway explained so much more than I could have ever imagined. It was the first time I had ever had pictures taken of my teeth to allow me to see my own teeth and see what the Dr is actually talking about. Awesome! Thank you for a great experience. "Misdiagnosis sometimes happens which is understandable. What I don't agree with is that when I went back 3 times to say that my new crown still really hurts, I kept being told by Dr. McKinley and a few staff members it was because I was clenching. I was not clenching, I needed a root canal. As soon as I had the root canal all my problems went away. For the past few years I have been extremely aware of if I am clenching or not and have been sleeping most nights with a night guard. I knew my problem was not clenching and I was annoyed that I kept being told that. Anyway, root canal done by another doctor, problem solved."

"I started going to Dr. McKinley over 25 yrs ago when I was in pain with a root canal I received from a different dentist any not getting any help even though I was going twice a day. My teeth were were out of line and my jaw was dropping on the one side. After Dr. McKinley worked on my month my face is even on both sides. If I hadn't gone to his office I'm afraid I would have no teeth. I'm 81 years old and still have my own teeth. HE is GREAT"

"My dental hygienist cares as much about my dental health as she does about her own. She has given me extremely valuable guidance in how to improve the health of my gums and reduce grinding wear on my teeth. Dr. McKindley clearly draws detailed pictures explaining why he is recommending certain procedures so that I understand what he wants to do and why it is important. ALSO, my most recent visit for a cleaning was awesome because my dental hygienist and I had a great discussion about Character First which is an excellent program that I implement in my parochial school.
