"Dr. Anderson was the first dentist to correctly identify the cause of my severe gum recession and increasingly alarming headaches, tooth loss, and TMJ issues. I've been told for many years by many different dentists that I must be brushing my teeth with too much force, or eating lots of candy, or grinding my teeth at night for no apparent reason, etc. Nothing has really made sense in terms of explaining the amount of recession and tooth grinding I've been experiencing for many years until Dr. Anderson diagnosed the constellation of problems as all stemming from the same basic neurodentistry issue. In a nutshell--Correct my bite and I'll stop grinding my teeth, experiencing severe neck pain and headaches, losing teeth, and receding my gums! Plus, I'll have a beautiful new smile and be able to speak without a lisp and eat without a cross-bite. In addition to the obvious medical benefits, the wonderful cosmetic benefits were a great inspiration and impetus for undergoing a full mouth restoration, I must admit! I am very happy with the results! I look younger, have NO MORE neck pain, headaches, or aching gums, and smile with a confidence I lacked before Dr. Anderson used neurodentistry to completely correct my TMJ issues. Dr. Anderson took the time to explain each step of every procedure (and, oh yeah, I asked a lot of questions;)) and made sure everything was done well and with a minimal amount of discomfort. Plus, Dr. Anderson is a wonderfully caring and knowledgeable dentist and the entire staff at Vineyard Dental is very supportive and professional. Thank you very much for everything, Dr. Anderson!!!"

"From the time I made my first appointment, I was made to feel comfortable. The office set me up with a discount plan, which really helped me as I am a cash customer. They are all curtious and the prevailling atmosphere is one of calm. My nervousness and apprehension all disipated with the first visit. I had two different hygenists. Both were very skilled and gentle. Everything was explained to me and I had no pain after leaving the office. Dr.Anderson is an excellent dentist and I was so happy to know that I wasn't going to need root canals and dentures! I was sure that my mouth was beyond repair. He assured me that it was all easily fixed. He is very gentle and I never go home and suffer after the numbness wears off; I just go back to feeling normal. I can now smile without holding my hand over my mouth or putting my lips together. Dr.Andersen and his assistance have given me such relief and confidence that I can keep my own teeth, and now I am committed to taking care of my mouth! They are such a wonderful team: efficient, patient, and caring. It has been a pleasure- something one doesn't usually associate with being a dental patient!"

"After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I (foolishly) stopped going to the dentist at all for over six years. When I finally came to Vineyard Dental Group, my teeth were a mess. They needed straightening, crowns, implants, etc. From the very beginning, I was treated with kindness and respect. I felt very comfortable right away. There were no long lectures about my previous neglect; the focus was on what can we do to correct the problems and how to prevent future problems. Before each procedure, Dr. Anderson thoroughly explained the different treatment options. I was always informed of the cost upfront and explained what was covered by my insurance so there were never any surprises there. During the procedures, I always felt very relaxed. Dr. Anderson and his staff work very efficiently and cheerfully together which definitely makes the visit less stressful. It was clear that my comfort was a priority and anytime I felt any pain, everything stopped until I was numb and ready to begin again. The amount of worked I needed required several visits but I only used the nitrous oxide for the first couple visits. After that my trust and confidence were so high that I didn't feel any anxiety about the visits. Dr. Anderson is clearly a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work with good reason. My teeth have never looked better and more importantly have never been healthier. My deepest thanks go to Dr. Anderson! "

Soft Tissue Laser

Utilizing a soft tissue laser allows for necessary gum incisions to be made with less damage to the tissue.  This new technology also causes less discomfort and bleeding, and in some cases eliminates the need for anesthesia and/or stitches.
