Hello V. Do not go to get a pedicure. A pedicure shop will not see you when there is a possible infection or any presence of drainage or blood coming from the nail border. You must see a podiatrist. More than likely you have an infection with an ingrown toenail that requires an expert to remove the offending border. You may need antibiotics. You may be developing an abscess which is common with this condition .
