Is it true that chocolate stains my teeth?

If so, what's the best natural way to remove tooth stains?

Chocolate is not usually considered to be the cause of heavily stained teeth. Drinking wine, tea , coffee, and smoking are staining than chocolate. However if someone likes eating alot of chocolate it is recommended to brush using a mildly abrasive natural toothpaste to keep their teeth free from the brown staining that can occur.
