  • "I am so impressed by Dr. Pratt and his office staff that I want to always go back to see Dr. Pratt for all my dental needs. I was in so much pain because I procrastinate and put off dental visits because of imagined or anticipated pain--but it's because I wait so long that the damage done is now painful and infected! Dr. Pratt gave me his full attention, listened to my dental history--despite it's evidence by my missing and broken teeth! He is sympathetic, caring and does everything humanly possible to alleviate any pain he knows or that shows. I tend to over-anticipate and expect unbearable pain for all dental experience because of my past experiences then waiting till the pain is increased to it's maximum because I avoid dentist visits at all costs! I can honestly say that this extraction was PAINLESS! I have never described any dental visit as painless! I give all credit to Dr. Pratt and how he has educated his staff to be caring, sensitive and helpful, too. "

  • "The office is warm and inviting. The waiting area is more like grandma's house than a dental office. I had a broken Upper Molar removed. (The one with 3... that's 3 roots). The doctor had to go in and get the roots individually since the tooth broke instantly when he tried to grip onto it. Not an easy job to say the least. All said it took 20 minutes or so. Here is the amazing part. I took 1 vicadin after the proceedure. I woke up the following morning in no pain @ all. Dr. Pratt is outstanding in his field. If you read any BS about this office dont buy it. They were accomodating and took me in only hours after I called to see if they accepted my dental insurance. I got there @ 1:45pm, my appointment was scheduled for 2pm, and I was laying back in the chair @ 2:01pm. You will not get that service @ Western Dental and that's a fact. "

  • "This was an amazing experience. I was so scared and it was ok. Music and laughter and a quick recovery, a couple of hours was perfect for me. I have learned not to put tooth pain off."
