My current issues with the practice is the fact that they are a premier provider and what that means for my Delta coveage. If I would have known from the first time I called the office that my insurance may pay at a lower benefit level because of the premier status - I would have looked for another dental practice. Now, after all the time I have put in with your office - I may need to look for another practice. I have found the practice very good with the exception of not being informed about the possibility of the decreased coverage until after, I believe was my third appt, when I was sitting with Christina after an appt, planning the next. There above the chair is a TV with cable and headphones if I want with FULL REMOTE CONTROL ACCESS. Then Dr. Fenger came in and shook my hand and made plesant small take and then went to work. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because it is such a nice experiance.
They even have coffee and cereal bars in the wait room.

I was taken first for my appointment and one of my two children waited an extra 15 minutes for her appointment. She was in the waiting room and came in to tell me that she hadn't been called.
