Gretchen Mclean"I’d seen Dr. Sinha in several magazines and everybody says he is a really good doctor. So I looked him up in the directory and scheduled my procedure. I had a rhinoplasty and had my lower and upper eyelids done. My results are very good so far. He did exactly what I asked for. The nose is smaller. The wrinkles are gone from my eyes. I like the way it looks, overall I have a youthful look. It’s been one month and I’m still recovering. I have a couple of visits left with him. I just wish immediately after the surgery, that someone like the nurse could have called to check up on me. I felt like throwing up but didn’t know whether or not I should call the doctor. I was also too tired to call. I think if someone would have called me that would’ve been nice, just to check up on me. Other than that everything has been great. Everyone at the office was very professional. "

Dr. Sinha even stayed and waited for me to wake up from the surgery. All in all, it was a positive experience. Septoplasty usually takes 30-60 minutes, rhinoplasty is usually 1-2 hours.
The incisions are different for each of these procedures.
Often a doctor will do rhinoplasty in addition to the septoplasty but because this is an additional procedure there will likely be an additional cost. Often the rhinoplasty is done for cosmetic purposes and this is not eligible for insurance coverage.
