I want to know if with a deep cleaning would it affect any of my loose tooth would it come out....

Since I don't know the severity of your bone loss around the teeth, I cannot answer your question with certainty. However, having a tooth come out during scaling/ root planing would be an extremely rare even. You have a much better chance of loosing the tooth if you do not have the scaling / root planing done.
