"Well. I am one of those people that dread going to the dentist because taking care of my teeth is an area I can always improve on. At Jones Family Dentristry I don't have any reason to freak out. The staff tells me exactly what I need to do in order to take care of my teeth properly. I learned how to floss more efficiently, which is awesome because I defenitely need to work on the flossing category."

"The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth today did a fantastic job. It had been about 2 years since my last cleaning so there was quite a bit to clean, but she took her time and got them squeaky clean. I was never uncomfortable and the process was relatively painless considering the work she had to do. When I expressed concern for a tooth she immediately set to getting an extra x-ray to make sure the tooth was healthy.
Dr. D, as they call him, was very pleasant and friendly. He seemed to genuinely care and enjoy his job.
No one likes to go to the dentist, but the staff did a fantastic job making it an easy process and was great at getting me seen straight away."

When I told my husband he called the bank. Because she didn't refund me the $860 and then debit the $8.60 it caused me to be overdrawn.
Upon calling back to your office Jennifer said she couldn't refund on the machine she had. I don't believe this. She needs more training. You have caused me to be overdrawn, of which I'm not happy with your service."

"Dr. Jared Nesbit, at Jones Family Dentistry, is the best dentist on the planet. How do I know? If you saw all the amalgam, and all the dental work, in my mouth from years gone by, you might easily agree that I am a strong candidate for the "Utmost Authority in the Recipient Position of the Proverbial Dental Chair" Award. When I was first referred to Dr. Nesbit by a friend, I needed a root canal. About ten years ago, I was literally burned, ( skin on face cauterized ), by a non-endodontist type dentist in North Phoenix. Understandably, I was reluctant. At the same time that Dr. Nesbit said he could do the job, a very deep feeling of trust came over me and I relaxed completely. Dr. Nesbit said that if he had any doubt, he would not attempt it and, that there was plenty of endodontic talent in the same area as Jones Family Dentistry. Dr. Jared Nesbit is a natural. He is the Michael Phelps of dentistry minus the ego. When I look at my xrays, it is very clear that Dr. Nesbit's root canal was the best of the lot, better than all of the other endodontists' work. It is very narrow and a perfectly shaped canal. Dr. Nesbit took the least amount of time, and tissue, and did the best job of all. One last note, Dr. Nesbit is the most compassionate dentist I have ever known. He really, really cares about his patients. I am not a spring chicken and Dr. Nesbit and his staff are always doing whatever they can to make me feel comfortable. My dream is to be able to someday re-do all the old work that has worn out its welcome and bring my dental health to its optimum level... and I know just the man to do it. "
