I'm 17 and I'm wondering if my breasts will ever even out. I know it's common for women to have slightly different sized breasts. Mine are noticeably different. The bigger 1 sags more and is less perky. It also has an areola much bigger than other breast, maybe twice the size. The smaller 1 is more perky. I'm not overweight or anything. The size is not like a whole cup difference, but it's still significant. Can my breasts even out & come close to the same size & will my areola get any bigger?
Thank you for your interest in the Cosmetic Surgery Center, Inc. We are fortunate to be able to offer the very professional services of Paul F. Benien, Jr., D.O. . Dr. Benien has a great deal of experience in Breast Augmentation procedures. He has been doing cosmetic surgery since 1986 and has done in excess of 1400 breast augmentation surgeries.
The prices for this procedure will vary depending on what type of implant you require or choose. A good ballpark figure for round, saline, implants is around $3900.00, which will usually include a general anesthesia. Silicone gel implants are now available for first time augmentation purposes as well and run about $4,900.00 which can again, include a general anesthesia. Both types of implants should be considered a very safe option for breast enhancement. Saline is an excellent option and should present minimal concern as your body produces saline and if they were to rupture, it would be just like drinking a glass of salt water. It would be absorbed and should be of no concern. The newer silicone gel devices are a very safe option as well as the new gels are very cohesive and if the implant were to rupture, the silicone should not be able to leave the implant pocket.
We generally do place the saline implants under the muscle. Silicone is usually placed on top of the muscle but behind all the breast tissue. Our surgeon is skilled in the placement of breast implants, using an areolar, under the arm, or under the breast incision site. The patient is usually sore for about 1 week, more or less, depending upon the placement of the implant. We recommend that you take 1 week off work. You will not be able to use your chest muscles for at least 6 weeks. You will not be able to lift over 15 pounds or raise your arms over you head for at least 6 weeks (with the exception of fixing you hair).
We require a $250.00 down payment on the day that you schedule your procedure to hold your spot. The remainder of your fee is due 2 weeks prior to your surgery date. If you schedule with less than 2 weeks lead time, the payment is due in full upon scheduling.
We do have a couple of financing companies available. If you have good credit, they will finance for up to 3 years. You can pick up an application when you come in for consultation. They charge approximately 18% interest depending on your credit and some will offer up to a 1 year, same as cash option. We also accept major credit cards, so you can pay off your procedure that way if you choose.
We do not charge for the initial consultation. We do require a consultation visit prior to scheduling a surgery. We would also want to see you the day after and 1 week post operative.
We are open Monday thru Thursday for consultation, the times vary. Please give us a call to schedule your initial consultation. We can be reached at 405-691-3111 or 800-375-0134. We look forward to hearing from you very soon.
