It will be important to know when and what type of implants you have. 20 years ago we had implants that were both saline and silicone. The inner portion silicone and the outside saline. If that is the case, the saline can "leak" and the shape will shape some, but the silicone will maintain some volume without completely deflate. You could have an MRI to get more information regarding the dent and to clear any concerns. My recommendation always is that if they don't bother you, and your are happy with your size and shape, keep them they way they are.
