Long cycle?

Hi, I was on birth control pills for 3 years and after 6 months being off them I started tracking my period. The last two cycles were 36 then 57 days. I haven't been overly stressed or lost weight or anything like that. I have a couple of female cousins with PCOS. Should I be worried?

Hi there,
It can be PCOS. But there are other conditions that need to be ruled out. I suggest you get your hormonal profile and a trans vaginal ultrasound to identify the real cause. Really need to rule out thyroid disorders and other hormonal abnormalities causing anovulatory cycle.
