My gynecologist thinks I should have this biopsied. Is this something to cause concern? I previously had stage 1 breast cancer, but had lumpectomy a yr ago last July.

This white lesion is on the skin. As such it is outside the expertise of her gynaecologist. It looks perfectly benign to me. She should, however see a dermatologist who can eyeball it and decide if biopsy is appropriate.
